This morning, I felt pitter pad when I got my scale in bathroom and decided to weigh my weight. Today is the fourth day for me war with my body fat. I stepped up on the scale very careful...and WOW !! I saw 145 lbs...still far from my goal 120, but I lost my weight.
Again, I prove if you count the calories of every food you eat...you can manage what you want. Lose your weight, gain your weight or keep your weight stable. It doesn't easy...I know that ! Sometimes, you feel you wanna eat a lot. For me, especially when I feel sad, stress and angry. It is really important to control the emotional too.
