My first day (again)

 I always...always struggle with my weight.

When I was a kid, in elementary school...my weight is 69 kg or 151.8 lbs. I was 12 years old. Then I did the really bad diet in high school. What I mean "really bad" was bulimia, didn't exercise, didn't enough eat. I drank plenty of laxative too. I lost my weight 20 kg..., but it didn't healhty.

I was easy to black out, couldn't do anything heavy like hiking or walking. I didn't know it was wrong diet until I started to diet again. It was really hard to lose my weight, because i didn't have muscle. Then, after years I learned to exercise...I joined with gym in Indonesia and got personal trainer. The best, Mr. Warno....and started to lose my weight and got my goal.

I moved to America in February 2008 and married with Keith Brilhart, lovely husband. He's a sweet nice person except he doesn't believe and doesn't like the gym. He likes hiking, and many things outdoor stuff like sailing. I like it too, but I need muscle to lose weight. First, because I'm a woman. Then I gained my weight (again) to 153 lbs...gee, I felt really bad. I bought a Bodybugg from 24 Hours Fitness. Yes, it worked really well...after free 3 months membership, I didn't renew. I felt okay with my 135 lbs and planned to lose my weight until 120 lbs.....but I didn't. I gained my weight (again and again)...yesterday, my weight was 153 lbs. I decided to back to use my Bodybugg again.

So, today is my first day to start my big loser. I paid my Bodybugg membership and put my Bodybugg machine on my arm this morning and ready to hard exercise with Tony Horton in P90X.

Wish me luck, friends !! I really need it, because my favorite food is fried food. So, this is my war with my bodyfat.

He..he..agree 100%. Fried food is #1 deh, tapi kalorinya syereeeem.

    Monday with P90X Core Synergistic

     I started today exercise with Tony Horton. I use P90X Core Synergistic....I like it, it really works to your core. Plenty of push up in this exercise, but I hate "banana superman"...it's mean you act like superman then you roll your body and act like banana. Heavy...

    I checked my Mio heart rate, I burned 330 in 1 hour. Less than Kenpo X which burn 440 calories. Everybody different, thats why Tony advice you to use heart rate monitor. I recommended Mio watch. I bought in Amazon with good price.

    My diet so far so good, I drank GNC meal replacement for breakfast and got two portion of Six Star Protein Drink. This is not really good protein drink because it contain more than 1 gr sugar. I still looking for the good Protein Drink with good price.

    Okay, I wanna take a shower.....my sweat dripping like hell !!
