Shoulder and arms exercise

The third day

I just finished my exercise for Wednesday, Shoulder and Arms plus Ab Ripper from P90X. I did the shoulder and arms really good, I even didn't know when the exercise almost done. I knew, because Tony say...okay, its done ! Wow, and started the cooling down section. After shoulder and arms, I started the ab ripper. Like I say, P90X is really hardcore exercise..this is not joke. You have to have will power to start.

I burned 300 for shoulder and arms, then burned 102 for ab ripper. Not bad !! I hope I still can walking today to add my exercise time in my schedule.

I really happy when I put my breakfast, my protein drink and my exercise in Calorie King. It say, I need to eat more ! EAT MORE !!! Gee, I never think I can read or hear that word....EAT MORE sounds like a song from heaven. I love eat and especially I love carb....thats why I really need hardcore exercise. This time my war with my body fat is publish in my blog, because I need big motivation...I need my friends support me.

I felt the chocolate cake on dining table called me yesterday "Eat me...eat me!!". I promise to my self, I won't have that chocolate cake anymore at least until I get my goal.
