My second day

 Good morning all !!!

I woke up with my belly and legs sore, because Core Synergistic. No problem, I feel good with sore muscle like this. It means my muscle change...good sign.

Last night, just before I went to bed...I weighing, and I'm happy...happy...I lost 3 lbs. I know, maybe only water...but still...happy.

Today, I checked my email and a little bit dissapointed because there isn't email from 24 Hours Fitnes about my membership. Maybe, this afternoon ...I hope. So, I'm sorry I can't tell you about my Bodybugg result yet.

This morning, I ate half of big banana and 2 big glasses of water. Good breakfast ! I'll drink my GNC Meal Replacement and Six Star Protein Drink before I start my exercise. Today exercise I chose "Plyometric". Just hear that name...honestly...I feel tired...ha..ha..ha..  Do you want to know why ? This exercise is cardio exercise, 1 hour full with jump and run. Really good exercise if you want to burn your fat. So, I'll do that exercise...I have to !!

Okay, now I'll prepare myself for this exercise this morning and uugh...I have to laundry today.

    P90X Plyometric

     Boy, Plyometric is really really hardcore exercise. I had to stop many times, because I felt nausea. So, it was not full one hour...still I burned 405 calories. Next time I have to be better. I'm writing this blog still sweaty like hell !! I can't wait to share my experience with you all...

    Plyometric exercise is full with squat, jump, run again and again with many variation. Every move are simple but make you really sweaty and burn your calories. Really good cardio for your body.

    Tony Horton recommend to get Recovery Drink from P90X, maybe I'll buy later not now. I already bought many suplement this month.

    I'll add my exercise today with walking a little bit...just slow walking and enjoy it. So, I can burn more calories today....it means I can eat rice...he..he..I love rice.
